At Mancell Financial Group, we continue to monitor the ever-changing status of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) and the information released by State and Federal Government, along with releases from the World Health Organisation to guide us on how we should continue to operate our business in these uncertain times.
As always, our key priorities are:
• the well-being of our staff and our clients; and
• maintaining the quality of our service to you.
In order to keep our team as safe as possible and to reduce the potential virus risk to you when visiting our offices; based on the best medical advice we have available, effective 23 March 2020 – we have implemented a work from home approach for the majority of our team.
Our team members working from home have remote access to all of our computer systems and client records. All those team members, can and will continue to work uninterrupted from home.
A small number of staff will work from our offices; unless authorities make this choice unlawful.
If any of the staff still working from the office show any signs of illness, they will be sent home to self-isolate immediately.
Our Services to You
Should you need our help, while the work from home situation prevails, you can still ring us on (03) 64403555.
If the staff member you wish to speak with is not at the office (very likely), your message will be passed on immediately and you will be called back.
If you email a team member, they will get your email message as if they were in the office and they will respond.
If you are unwell at all, please refrain from coming to our office but please do call us or email us.
If you feel the need to meet, please ring our office for an appointment first. But for your safety and that of our advisers and staff, please be aware that we have Zoom and Teams/Skype video conferencing options and of course the telephone. Whilst we know most of the people we help prefer the personal face-to-face service we have always provided, we hope you understand that our need to protect you and our people during this unprecedented health challenge is paramount.
If you visit our offices unannounced, the elevator will still operate. When you arrive into our reception area on Level 2, please ring the bell and a team member will make their way from the general office (which will otherwise be locked) to reception to assist you.
Please know, if you need access to funds, need to add to an account, need to change any investments, need to change a regular payment, need to make an insurance claim or require any other service; you will be promptly looked after.
Continued Commitment
So for the time being, we will respond to the current health risk challenges through the use of technology but rest assured, the personal nature of the relationships we have with you, along with the quality of our service will not be compromised. As always, the Mancell Financial Group team will be ready, willing and able to help you.
